SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER 2018

We just keep running into some of our FAVORITE PEOPLE!!!
At a Stake YSA meeting at UVU, we ran into BRADEN ANDRUS and that made our night!!

We love getting together with our friends from the MTC as well...the WARNERS are some of our dearest friends!

OK, so missionary work is alive and well in our YSA Ward!
These are the 3 converts after the last baptism we had.  All three were baptized within 6 weeks!

When we took our daughter to Los Hermanos for a birthday dinner, our server was Sorella (Sister) Oveson from our Branch at the MTC.  Also in the photo is Sorella Davis who was also in our Branch!  Sweet blessing!!

Cute Crystal came over to our ward when she knew I was speaking in Sacrament Meeting one Sunday...made my day to have her come to Church with us!

Our APM DINNER GROUP:
Front: Tegan and Greg McCuch, Andrew and Alex Pehrson with baby Griffin.
Back: Corinne Coleman, Crystal Turner, Caleb Brown, Jake Parry, Mandy and Fredy Castro, Paul Wilson and President T.

Got this pic from Nicole Okeson and Breanna Wells of their cute kiddos at Halloween!

How cool that MISSION FRIENDS are still friends now and their kids are growing up as friends!
And congrats to Nicole who has since given birth to a new little son!

Shawn Boyce and his family stopped by when they were here from Virginia!
Made me so happy!

Here we are with Miranda and Colton, his wife and son!

OK...I know this was technically in November, but I just had to get this one too...Joe Cannon's sealing in Draper to Kasey!
He was SO HAPPY!!!  It was such a joyful day!

Of course, it made our day to also be joined by Klaus and Kendra Griessmann and Jason and Erica Hutchinson!
Sweet sweet day!!

That night we also had another reception to be at for someone at Scott's work...and just "happened" to run into ELIZABETH YOUNG there!
Oh how we love these times we get to see you and how hard you are working to make good choices!
We love you!  Sign up for dinner soon!

JULY-AUGUST 2018

This summer brought all our family together for a reunion and this was our current family group...until baby Cassidy joined us on July 30!

We love getting visits from our returned missionaries!
Brent Zeledon arranged to stop by one evening and we had the best visit!
He is busy doing great things in California.

Trying to take a selfie with SHORT Sister Taylor is always a challenge!

Next we had a visit from Chelsea Jewkes Muldowney and her husband and three darling girls.  The girls loved all our preschool toys and gave us time to have a really good visit!
So grateful they took the time on their vacation to stop in to see us as well!

This is to show you that Sister Taylor still runs to temples.  On the mission, I would run each Monday from the mission home 5 miles to the grounds of the Phoenix Temple to check on its progress.
My sister Jennifer runs with me on the Temple to Temple 5K each year to honor that tradition!

Here is a photo of us in the basement of our new home being built not too far from our current home.  We now have an upstairs being framed too, so it is coming along!

We had another visitor in July, Carlos Garcia Cecena brought his family over for Sunday dinner and we had the best time speaking Spanish with them.
He is in University in Mexico, but his cute younger siblings all moved up to Provo with Mom to start school at Provo High to learn English.  He and Dad will commute to visit during the year!

Here is his great family!

He loved our "STAY WEIRD" pillow that reminded him of our advice when we left the mission!

How are YOU at staying "weird" in all the good ways?

August we spent much of it on the road or in New Jersey with the birth of our seventh grandchild.

We got back just in time for the wedding reception of Rebekah Wooden.  So fun to see her and her new husband!
We LOVE seeing our RMs with eternal companions!

And...our last APM DINNER GROUP was so much fun!
We had Amy with Joseph Barley, Caleb Brown, Lance Cabral, Courtney and Nick Egan with baby Levi and Neal and Dani Robinson Butler.  All so much fun to visit with and share a meal with!
Feel free to check in anytime!  You are ALWAYS WELCOME!!

MAY-JUNE 2018

Fun couple of months running into different APM friends!

Met Jennifer Kleckner again, this time at Thanksgiving Point Gardens.

We were there with our dear friends from AZ, the Janulis.

Mother's Day is not complete without phone calls home from missionaries.

Met up with Jessica Scott for another outing to the gardens.
The koi ponds are fascinating.  We could watch them for a long time!

Love getting to see our dear APM kids!!

One of our groups from the MTC in May.

We were SO EXCITED to get Elder Steimle in our Branch at the MTC.  Yes, he is Lydia Steimle Slezak's little brother and he is a GREAT missionary too!

Eastmans from our ward in Peoria are headed to Reunion Island for their mission.

We had a visit from our dear friends Elder and Sister Pingree who served in Houston while we were in AZ.  The fun "miracle" was that when they visited us on a Sunday at the MTC, their cute niece, Sister Pugsley was in our branch!

More cute missionaries from the MTC.

Our last Sunday at the MTC after 4 years of serving there and being blessed by those we served with!

Oh how we love missionaries in all forms!!

Fun to have our cute grandsons there that day!
