INTERVIEWS ROUND 11- Deer Valley/Glendale N.

We had our last day of Zone Interviews the end of January.  It was great to be with the Deer Valley/Glendale N. zone!

We had our nutrition lesson then our treats during the car safety DVD.

We had another great discussion about obedience: the doctrine and the application.

Can you see the obedience in these smiles! It is a real principle!

President loved the chance to check in with each missionary individually and share testimonies.  It is a spiritual boost to return and report to priesthood leaders.
Car awards were fun with Elder Skonnard!  He has done a great job with the vehicles and the missionaries love his Clean Car Awards!

The newest missionaries in this zone shared powerful testimony of our Savior and principles that guide their lives.
Elder Bruegger and Sister Chord are powerful missionaries!
Elders Barrett and Bush did a practice teaching using a missionary to be the investigator.

Then they split up and all companionships practice teach.
They are SO GOOD!

At the end of the day, we had good food to send home with each companionship as usual!

We are so blessed to be serving here in the Arizona Phoenix Mission with so many wonderful members serving our missionaries!

Yay!  We made it through 10 days of interviews!  On to ZONE CONFERENCES tomorrow.

PEORIA/PEORIA N. ZONE ACTIVITY @ MISSION HOME Jan. 2012

Lots of Love in the Peoria/Peoria N. Zone!

We love having them over on occasion to the Mission Home for a Zone Activity on P-day!

First we put them to work helping a neighbor move a huge aquarium into their home.  It took 6 Elders to move it...but we took 10 over just for fun!

Thanks Elders for providing service to one of our dear friends!

Then it was back to the Mission Home to play some basketball...

President even got in on the act!

And the Sisters play a mean game themselves!

One group played some Settlers of Catan.
And yet another learned how to play Bocce Ball in the beautiful backyard.

They were AMAZING!  Look how close they got to the mark on this set!
Afterwards we took a zone picture and then pyramid...It was pretty funny trying to get that done!

Good times with the Peoria/Peoria N. missionaries!  They work hard and play hard!

They are happy and obedient and all around wonderful!
