We start off each month in the mission with a council of leaders. This includes Zone Leaders, Assistants and Sister Training Leaders.
They are taught doctrine, they practice-teach skills emphasized for the coming month and discuss concerns and successes in the mission.
For the meantime, we are able to fit them all into our mission home. As the mission continues to grow, we shall see.
Practice-teaching is key to what we do in the mission. It is by practicing teaching simply and using our own experience and testimony and visuals, that we are able to receive revelation for those that we are actually teaching.
We find that as we practice, the Spirit helps us know what our investigators need and what concerns we may need to address. We gain confidence in teaching Gospel truths.

WELCOME AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
Lunchtime is a welcome time to visit and eat. We love having missionaries in our home! We never tire of it.
I appreciate the help from Sisters King and Turville who help me with serving and cleaning up the meal. We have the BEST senior missionaries in this mission!
The work that our missionary leaders do is critical to the happiness and success in the mission. We measure our success not in numbers of baptisms, but in our own understanding of the Gospel and application to our own lives as we follow the Spirit and share and testify of the truths that bring us happiness.
Parents, we thank you again for your role in helping and supporting these incredible people!
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is true. The ordinances of baptism, the sacrament & the temple are essential to our eternal salvation. We know the role of the Atonement in our lives.
We look forward and are always working towards the next ordinance we can participate in.
"We believe that through the atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved,
by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel." (3rd article of Faith)
