CHRISTMAS ZONE CONFERENCE FRIDAY DEC. 16, 2011

We had 6 zones come for our final day of Christmas Zone Conference: Surprise/Surprise N, Buckeye/Goodyear, Phoenix, Phoenix South, West Maricopa and Glendale Zones.

President Taylor had Christmas message and DVD's throughout the day, along with Sister Taylor's Health message and discussion of Isaiah 9:6.

We had about 6 musical numbers including Elder Hafoka and Keele singing in Tongan!
It was beautiful!

Sister Falke played a violin solo that was wonderful!
Music added so much to the spirit of the day. Our mission is incredibly musical!

We had departing testimonies from all our missionaries that will go home in January.

We had a great lunch from the stake we were meeting in. They feed us very well!

We celebrated December birthdays. And we had zone pictures.

OFFICE AND ASSISTANTS

Braden parked himself outside the temple to take photos of our missionaries as they came. We waited in records to hand out family file names from a woman in our mission and for a temple worker from France. Both said it was the best Christmas gift ever to them
that we did their names!

It was a beautiful day at the Mesa Temple!

And it was even a more beautiful night!

We made ourselves available on the lawn near the temple for whoever wanted pictures taken with us. Please know that all missionaries did not get photos taken with us here. Check the link to see if your missionary has photos...there are over 300 photos of this day!

Just as on Wednesday, the Spirit of this day was incredible. Our missionaries were focused when they needed to be focused. They know when to be serious and when to have fun. Both days we took them to the temple, we had temple workers stop us afterwards to tell us that this was the most reverent group of missionaries they had ever seen in the celestial room. It was literally a PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH. We hope we have many more experiences of going to the temple with our missionaries over the years!
