Elder Adams finally got his Visa to go to New Zealand, where he was originally called to serve. He faithfully served with us for over 5 months here and we really feel he was meant to be ours for a while!
He blessed his companions as well as the people here.
His faithfulness brought the Gospel of Jesus Christ to many while he was here.
As a matter of fact, he left for the airport Saturday at the same time his companion got picked up to go to a baptism of their convert! And they have another baptism scheduled in two weeks!
I was surprised he had left way back in February...it seemed just like a little while ago!
It was great to see how post-mission life was treating him and to see that he has continued to strengthen his testimony of Jesus Christ.
We met Elders Walpole and Jones looking VERY GOOD IN WHITE! They are such happy examples of how living Christ's Doctrine blesses us with joy and peace.
And this is where we got the surprise that Matt was also changing in his suit for white clothes to participate in the baptism of a family that he had helped teach as well before he left for home.
It was touching to see his Mom get to witness just a piece of what his mission means to him! Beautiful!

family embrace the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ! They are beautiful and SO HAPPY!
I testify to you that Christ's Church is truly on the earth in its completeness. All the organization and ordinances and truths have been restored so that we can honestly say we know without a doubt that this is Christ's Church.
