Can you smile when you talk about how to talk about obedience with your district or zone?

Well, we can!  We had a lively discussion on the doctrine of obedience and how it overlays every point of the Doctrine of Christ.

Then we practiced how to help the missionaries under our stewardship be more obedient and thus, more happy!

 (It did not help that props were left in the chapel from Sunday meetings.)

 We practice teach anything we possibly can.
This is how we know we can do it for real!




It seems awkward at first, but you JUST DO IT!
And it gets easier and it really works!

 Lunch is a highlight of every meeting we are at together.  Today it was our own responsibility to prepare the meal, so we hauled a car full of stuff to the church and set up and had the office sisters come help get it heated, and ready for this big, hungry group!
We have THE BEST OFFICE COUPLES!!! And the sisters LOVE to come serve!  So, we will not deny them that blessing!

 We got sung to by our missionaries today and it was wonderful!  We love them so much!

 Elder and Sister Williams come to all our meetings with us and help in any way needed...which can be about anything you can imagine, including stepping in and practice teaching with some elders!
They are just PERFECT for their callings to help President and I.  They give us the confidence and help we need to fulfill our callings too!

 President Taylor is in his element out working the crowd.  He has such a personal way with the missionaries that they really feel what he is trying to express!




Great teaching and practice teaching by our Assistants, Elders Alvis and Barrett as well.
