ZONE LEADER COUNCIL- October 2012

As usual, we start each month with a council of our Zone Leaders.  We meet here in the Mission Home, which we love being able to do!

 It is a day of teaching, training and sharing.  President and I both got to teach things we had learned from our recent Mission President Seminar in Dallas.  So much good information...so little time to share it!

 We celebrate any birthdays that are coming up that month.

A good way to welcome Sister King who joins us in the office staff as her husband will be the new Mission Secretary.

We have 4 new Zone Leaders: Elders Campbell, Burden, Castanos and Hernandez.  

They are humble and prepared to serve!

 Front:  Elders Young, Weston, Campbell, K. Gerber, Hamblin, McCauley, Sisters Williams and Taylor.  Middle: Sister King, Elders Lynn, M. Peterson, Brame, Alvis, Castanos, Neves, Hernandez, Sister Turville and Elder Williams.  Back:  Elder King, Elders Bolton, Griffin, Lancaster, Bartleson, Bartlett, Burden, Dye, Hastings, Pollmeier, Whipple, Baldree and President Taylor.

At lunch, I always rely on Sister Williams to help out...and she loves to serve...literally!!!  Oh how these young men love to eat!

 It was a beautiful day...not too hot, maybe only 90 or so!

 During one planning breakout session, the companionships were all over the house, in every hallway and entryway!

We had one departing testimony from dear Elder M. Young.  He has served as a zone leader for a long time now, faithful and such a great leader!  He leaves a legacy in his zone!
