PHOENIX NORTH INTERVIEW DAY 4/13

We headed into a month of INTERVIEWS the day after Transfers.  What a great time to get out and meet with each zone!

Our Interview day is a full day.  Elder Rodgers comes and inspects all the cars and checks on bikes.  He shows safety videos, and this day we had lunch during the film.

Meanwhile, President Taylor is pulling one missionary at a time to hold a personal interview.  It is great one-on-one time with them.

I get to teach and train on a variety of topics, whatever we are focusing on in our Missionary Training Plan for the month.

The Wonderful Zone Leaders get to train on whatever training topics they have chosen as well.

Elders Vaoga and Bartleson trained on how to use the Mission Training Plan better in personal and companion study...it was great!
They did an object lesson about the support we give each other as companions!


April is also "Spring Cleaning Month" in the APM.  So, we brought back the infamous'Cleaning Relay" to test our cleaning skills.

It was Jr vs Sr companions and it was a neck and neck race the whole time!  They did great!

We also made a video this year showing "HOW TO" do each task on the Missionary Cleaning Guidelines Sheet that is posted in each apartment.  It involved about 52 missionaries and was really fun!

We know the importance of keeping our living quarters clean!  It is what the Lord has asked us to do through our "Book of Blessings" (Missionary Handbook)







And Elder Bartleson has found himself a NEW HAT!

President Taylor ended the day with an object lesson about lifting where you stand...literally with a piano!  Amazing how we all contribute to the group even when we do not feel we are contributing much!

...it matters WHO we serve.  We serve the Lord!
