September Departing Group- Leaving in August 2012

The time came too early for this group of Missionaries who needed to leave a month early to get into college.


It was hard for us to let them go...but harder for them to leave!

Above: Sister and Elder Winchell, our Temple Missionaries, Elders Duke, Nelson and McConnell, Sisters Winchell, Uriostegui, Jeanfreau and Falke, Sister and President Taylor.

We first took them to the Phoenix Temple Site to see the construction and to see the little visitor trailer that the Winchells have set up.  It is a great place!

 Then we came back to the Mission Home for group pictures...jumping off the patio (See the link above for the whole jumping sequence...it is cool)

Then a few more serious shots of this great group!

 There was dinner, the traditional Cafe Rio style pulled pork salads!!




And the "Secret FHE GAME" that we promise them they will use at some time in their lives...DON'T EAT PETE!!!

 The next morning this whole group got up and ran with us!!
This is the second departing group to all step it up and get out exercising on their departure day!  IMPRESSIVE!

 We handed Sister Winchell off to Elder and Sister Winchell...the easiest departure ever in one way, and just so sweet in another!  We know she will be back to visit with her folks still serving here!!!  Yay!

Then we took the rest to the airport, to two different terminals.  Got two Sisters off and then went and got the rest safely on their way!  WE LOVE THESE PEOPLE!  They are happy and obedient and so full of potential!  We look forward to reports of lives full of love and service!  KEEP IN TOUCH KIDS!!!
