Monday we had to say AU REVOIR to one of our great Elders, Elder Lamb! He had been in our mission family for 11 weeks, being trained by Elder Fagersten and was SO HAPPY to be waiting for his VISA to FRANCE while learning and serving the Lord in Phoenix.
Sister Simon was also sad to see him leave, but they will be friends forever and we expect him to feel this is his mission and come back to see her again someday!

We got to take him to the airport to see him safely on his way Via Salt Lake and then on a direct flight to Paris!

The Mission in France is BLESSED to have this young man serve there. We know he is not serving alone. His Dad serves alongside him...having died in a plane crash right before Elder Lamb came to the Mission Training Center. We have felt that support during a very hard time. The angels for missionaries are a very real thing!!!
Lamb Family, What a treasure of a young man you have in this brother, son, son-of-God.
He will always be a part of this Mission Family as well!
The Atonement of Jesus Christ heals all wounds, raises us when we think we cannot be raised and helps us also appreciate joy beyond measure as we come to feel the love of our Savior and understand the eternal nature of family.
Elder Lamb is prepared and ready to share his witness with those that are prepared to hear his great message and testimony in France!
WE LOVE YOU ELDER LAMB!
May the Lord bless him and the Lamb family!
Til we meet again!!
