We held our monthly Mission Leadership Meeting on the 2 of Oct.
I wish you could all be at any of our missionary meetings to see the dedication and leadership of these incredible young people.
They are completely dedicated to serving others.

 We studied the monthly scripture Alma 31:34-35 and love the principle of RESCUE.  We all need rescue!

We discuss concerns and strengths of each zone.
Ideas are shared to help and we celebrate the successes.

Reports are given...follow-up from last month's assignments.

 Birthdays for the month are celebrated:

Oh how we love and admire all our missionaries!  It chokes me up when I even think about their dedication and love for their Savior and their fellow missionaries, members and investigators.

What could be better than having 8 Sister Training Leaders!  They are so excited to share what they learned today with those they have stewardship over through exchanges!









We had a beautiful musical number by Elders Hughes, Cardoso and Sisters Dayton and Pickett.



We wrapped up the day with an anticipated discussion that we planned after attending our Seminar with Elders Andersen, Callister and Allen...Elder Allen is director of the Missionary Department.  He encouraged us to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!

We started with cards on the box of things we already do...they are inside the box.
Then we discussed ideas we can use in thinking OUTSIDE THE BOX.  It was EXCITING!
We realize we still have the LENS/FOCUS of our PURPOSE...but we can involve ward buildings, ward councils and all members to create neighborhood centered buildings that missionaries can assist in teaching those who come participate in these activities.  Imagine missionaries being involved with all these great ideas!!        Do YOU have any ideas for us??
